George is personable & easy to talk to. He responded quickly to answer any questions I had. The process seemed a bit intimidating at first but George explained steps needed to take & walked me through any that I wasn't familiar with.
The prompt communication with George and Rodolpho, both. They were always available to help answer questions, and it was not always at the 9 to 5 time window. George was quite patient explaining thi ngs several times.
George was knowledgeable and kept us updated regularly on the process.
