Great people to work with
There was a lack of communication. The communication received was only when I reached out and it was not always the most friendly. Documents came that seemed repetitive with no explanation as to what the changes were.
In talking with other home owners that have recently refinanced I was suprised to find out all of them (7 different people) that the refi only took about 10 - 15 days. Our transaction took over 3 months. Other that the long wait it was fine...
