First my experience with all people involved were just so nice and helpful. I ran into difficulties all I had to do is say the word help and they walked me through the steps until it was completed.
Everything aspect. Great communication through the process, the speed that everything was handled, the ease of electronic access and signing. I knew where we were at in the process every step of the way.
I have worked with Geoffrey and Fairway Mortgage for quite a few years and will continue. Timely, patient and considerant in helping through each step. KUDOS.
