I got told I would have to do an FHA by a different bank. I got the closing date extended by Leonard was able to get me a conventional mortgage in under 3wk thus saving me a lot of money and frustration in the long term.
Lenny and Susan were great to work with. They were extremely patient with me as a first time homebuyer. They helped me to understand the process and what it took to get a loan. I am pleased with how easy they were to communicate with.
