Everything went smooth and easy. Just wish we could have saved a little money using the current apprasial we just had done by another mortgage company several weeks earlier.

Thanks Michael. I wish conventional financing would allow us to use other banks appraisals. VA & FHA allow us to transfer from another lender, but conventional is just more difficult!
