Gavin May

Gavin and Sheila were always ready to help or to respond with updates when we asked how things were going. He was very involved in making sure the process went as smoothly as possible, and was definitely in our corner when things became bumpy...

Overall good service. Gavin did a great job the only hiccup I had was a last minute request from his assistant but we got it handled and closed as scheduled. He got me a great rate and brought my payment down significantly!

Gavin and Sheila were very proactive, followed up and didn’t just assume I received everything (a few emails went to my junk mail). Thanks!

Great email communication Professional

Very responsive especially given the craziness of how busy it is with refinancing right now. Answered questions I had and provided advice when requested.

Gavin was great to work with and he did an exceptional job in handling my mortgage refinance. He made the entire process very easy and I am extremely pleased with my experience with LeaderOne. I highly recommend Gavin May and LeaderOne.

Quick, streamlined process. Nearly seamless closing.

Gavin and team were very thorough and helped us navigate all aspects of the mortgage process. He answered many questions and we felt we were in good hands.

Good honest communication and advice

Gavin was always readily available, which was so great as we very quickly navigated this process.
