Very smooth process

Prompt and friendly communication with honest and transparent advice.

Gavin made it easy, took good care of me and fought for my interests

This is the second time my wife and I have worked with Gavin, and just like the first time around, he’s been great to have in our corner. He’s very knowledgeable, timely with his communications, and more than receptive to help answer and clarify...

Step by step. Laid everything out for me and gave me time to gather paperwork. His office staff is top notch. I could not have worked with a nicer group of people.

Love Gavin, his knowledge of numbers is incredible !!! Thank you for the last minute assist at the closing table !!!! Deb

Gavin and his team are always on top of everything. They clearly explained the process and made sure I had all the information I needed. They were very flexible when I was out of town for during the underwriting of my loan.
