For moments communication was not optimal and file was passed on a few times which caused delays and unnecessary repetitive submission of documentation.
The amount of time that it took for this loan was ridiculous, over 6 months! It took the PRMG team forever to reply to any of my queries.I had a much, much better experience with a different PRMG team, where a refinance took only weeks instead...
