Gary stayed on top of the refinancing even due to holiday & Covid related delays that were out of his control. The app experience was very helpful.
Personal attention to my questions,help with my paperwork. Quick response to my messages and phone calls.
I've got a really strange schedule and he worked with me on it. Met me off the clock on several occasions.
Gary and his team made this a easy process. I was always informed on what was going on and they took the time to explain everything that was happening.
