Communication is the key! Gary and his team was very knowledgeable and on point during the process.
If i had question Gary Miller would get back to me asap ,he did his job very well...he is an asset to ur company treat him well
Not much communication with Mr. Miller. Just a few website messages. Very impersonal.
Communication needs improvement. I was in the dark too long. I had to call or text Gary to find out what was going on. He may know what is happening as he does this every day but I was getting frustrated waiting.
Mr Miller and his processor Ms Hinton provided outstanding customer service. I would recommend their service to anyone. Glad I had the opportunity to close my refinance with them. Excellent!
