Staff was very helpful assisting any question I had, and was prompt in getting back to me. It was nice to get documents on line, but frustrating trying to access, open some of them.
Got us out of a very stressful situation with the prior lender not being able to close.
We would like to thank Gary and team for the support closing the loan. Although closed on time, timely communication - especially during initial days of contact - and more frequent contact would have definitely made our experience better
The team stayed on it with me and followed up a lot and they did get me done even though my situation was not an easy one
Loan Processor does not return phone calls.
It took some time for me to initially get in touch with Gary, maybe he was too busy. However, once the process started, he and his team responded promptly and helped with the closing process. The closing process was smooth and quick.
Gary knows what he is doing, he gets things done, I had great experience working with him. Precise, prompt.
You guys are really enthusiastic and provide a fast feedback.
