Everything was well organized. I received daily status reports on the loan and everything was was complete within two weeks. I really enjoyed how the whole process was digital and i could complete the process from my phone.

Communication was lacking. Errors in Disclosure agreements were not reviewed before being sent out. Problems or delays that arose were not explained promptly
