    Gary was easy to talk to and he stayed on top of things which helped the process go smoothly. Gary was able to close our loan in 30 days!

    Gary was very responsive and straight forward. He took on my loan when another lender failed to inform me initially they would not be able to process my FHA loan.....UGH!!! End result, Gary got me to closing on time!!!

    better communication, First commonwealth seems to be a company that does not communicate well with the client. Many times questions needed to be asked multiple times and at times no answer was ever given. FINAL should mean final not oh here...
