There was clearly a breakdown in communication among the staff. Very stressful situation towards the end with lots of last minute requests that were unreasonable and should have been requested earlier or the info had already been submitted.
The entire process was a wonderful experience. A very special big thanks to Gary, and thank you to the SSB staff for making this a smooth home purchase.
