We went with Nova because of Gary! We had started the process with another lender and when he left followed Gary to Nova after we knew the other lender wasn't going to meet our needs like Gary was doing.

My husband handled most of the process, but I had no issues with anything about the loan process. Easy to do. Clear direction on signing documents.
