Thank y’all so working quickly and efficiently and getting this closed.
Gareth is well-informed about the different types of mortgage loans available, and helped me choose one that works best for me. He got me a much better rate than another company I called. We closed on time with no issue.
The team is pleasant to work with. Communicates well and truly understand the process. The create realistic time frames that they know can be accomplished. Enjoy working with them on last two deals. With many more to come !!!
