Gail had great knowledge of the community where we sold my Mother's condo and I believe that helped position it for the best asking price. In addition, Gail understood our personal situation related to move timing etc. Thank you Gail!
I live far away from the property that I was selling, and Gail was a great help both recommending contractors as well as letting them in to do the work! Also she priced the condo very well, and it sold quickly and again, at a great price.
