Communication was constant and did not leave me wondering where the process was going. A couple of questions I had were promptly answered.
Timely communication and frequent updates. Also able to lock in a good interest rate!
Gail was very attentive and the process was done in a timely manner.
Gail was always available to answer any random questions I had. She always looked out for my best interest to make sure I got the best loan I could get.
