It's so nice to be able to call a lender any time of the day. Gabe doesn't work only Monday-Friday 9:00-4:00. You can get ahold of him anytime. He was great at explaining the choices my client had and the best option to serve her and her family....

His best piece of advice for new buyers is to not spend all their cash on a down payment. He encourages his borrowers to consider there is often more than one way to qualify for a home and consider saving for unexpected expenses. Gabe's favorite part about working in the mortgage industry is when a client wins, everyone (team, realtor, even the seller) wins! Outside of work, Gabe enjoys spending time with his wife of 8 years, two children, and his two dogs.
