Fred kept us updated on a weekly basis. The overall experience was great. There were a few minor mistakes on our paperwork but all in all it was a fantastic experience.

Fred was very dedicated to accomplishing his mission. We did have Many hurdles to get over. We were impressed with his never giving up with the Newly implemented VA option of having one year to move into new residence
