Fred was kind, knowledgeable, upfront, honest and easy to communicate with. Prior to Fred, we had browsed with another company. However after the initial conversation with Fred we chose to work with him.

I am sorry that you feel you had a bad experience with Movement and my team. We moved our underwriting to the East coast for these builder purchases since your closing. This has cleared up any confusion issues.
