Felt that I was not applying for a loan.
It took 11 days from closing date to get money depending my account. I made a call on the 10th day and the mom was deposited the next day. This was longer then we were told it would take.
It took almost a year & I went through a lot of different people. Kept having to reproduce documents. Could not get counseling form signed right. Believe about 5 times to sign.
Nothing. Frank Joseph was a true Professional, knowledgeable, low pressure
and an attribute to AAG. He was also a good listener and very responsive.
