A detailed list of requirements from the start.
The process is too intrusive to demanding. I feel like somebody was checking my underwear you have to understand the process of the last bit effort to survive in a home nobody wants to do this the costs are way too high.
Once the initial paperwork was completed, the processors seemed less interested and relatively slow. They would call and say to return their call but not answer, but Frank would always get a answer quickly. One processor even got our last name...
