Was easy to communicate needs and get clear responses. They were patient with my timelines that changed a few times. Didn;t push too hard to get the deal finalized. Closing timeline was accurate.

Speaking with people instead of web sites. I had some trouble with having to work on the computer as I am a senior but the people involved were patient and walked me through .
