Everything was. Good
Received conflicting and confusing information. The different parties at AAG that worked our application did not communicate. The end result was frustration and a process that took way too long, over a year.
Prompt, professional attention to all the voluminous details, especially during a time of unprecedented demand.
It took 6 months to do this. A little more communication would have been helpful

After a slight misunderstanding everything went well.He stayed in touch all the time
monies back started at $7,937.25 then it went to
$3,780.75 ending in the amount of $2,200.75. Needless to say very disappointed because the appraised value came in at 220,000 & not 225,000 so I guess that's why I loss $5,736.50 sad to say.
Communication
Frank kept us informed throughout the whole process and told us it would all be accomplished within a certain amount of time.
