Francis is very well experienced and knowledgeable. From the beginning we felt he had our best interest at heart. We felt very secure in his care and lead.
Frank is the quintessential professional. He guided us through the entire process from the sale of our former home to completing the purchase of our forever home. My wife and I are indebted to him for all that he has done.
Everyone was there for any questions I had.
Frank was thorough however his assistant Gloria is not thorough or organized. I was asked several times to send the same papers to her that I had already sent and then she would say oh I found it. The process was extremely unpleasant !
