Underwriting process
Everyone was so easy to work with and it was very seamless!
Francis went above and beyond to keep the loan process moving forward given communication issues with the loan processing side. She was always available and offering to do what she could to help.
Francis was knowledgeable and professional, and a pleasure to work with.
COMMUNICATION.
I DO NOT APPRECIATE THE LIES TOLD JUST TO MAKE THE PROCESS EXCEED THE 45 DAYS THEREFORE THE PROMISED INTEREST REATE WENT UP. HAD THERE BEEN PROPER COMMUNICATION THIS COULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETED IN 30 DAYS.

If I did not get updates from Francis. I got updates from Nikki. They both explained what happened on items. We got everything over to them quickly. Any questions about things. They answered by email or text or call. Great team.
