Ford and his team made it very easy to understand everything I was signing, the steps in the process, and the timeline of my mortgage. They were available any time I needed them during the process.
Email says Ford could flip the financing to VA loan once contract was signed. No problem. I believe I brought it up in another email. Didn't happen. I had to liquidate a large amount of investments. I will have to pay long term capital gains....
