    Great first time experience with Fernando and NFM. My client's seem pleased as well. He kept us informed along the way so we knew that we were moving ahead according to schedule and we closed on time.

    Allegedly the WORST lender in the history of lending. If I were you I would not work with this lender. He may give a pre-approval, wait until you are at the finish line then DENY THE LOAN. Never mind the effects it has had on the people involved...
