From start to finish, Phil was on top of every aspect of the deal. Even being several thousand miles away, he responds immediately! I will always recommend Phil Mastronardi to all of the buyers i work with.
Phil is on top of his game. When the ball is in his court he gets to it makes all the phone calls and knows how to Make deals. He even made sure we were all set while on vacation.

Phil is always reachable and attentive to the the clients questions and concerns, which is very important. Knew when to lock the rate, it's a long list of his knowledge
