    Great communication. Locked in an even lower rate that initially quoted. Small hiccup getting the paperwork to the notary, but other than that, great experience!

    I think it was not Farrell but just the fact there were so many people looking to refinance. This I believe is the reason for the poor or lack of communication. Otherwise Farrell did a great job
