    Farrell did a great job from start to finish. Answered my questions in a timely manner. Our VA loan closed in 32 day, as we were told. BNC gave us the best interest rate with NO points to buy it down after comparing several lenders. No surprises...

    The website system was great. Farrell provided direct, great information. Farrell was also able to beat everyone else's rate. The only thing is we had to close quickly and we did miss closing by a day, which was a little stressful. However...

    We were shifted through several staffers, received duplicative requests, no guidance from Farrell - found out my processor was on vacation and only because I flagged it to Farrell was I given another contact who then asked for duplicative information....
