    Having acknowledgment of the materials we sent and reviewing the document file prior to requesting additional information. Also, don’t send paperwork overnight on a Friday as it is not delivered until Monday.

    Many of the figures seemed to change, were unclear or were inaccurate during various stages of the application. It felt like things were a little rushed in that regard.
