Only issue I had was during the closing I had to contact people to find. Other than that everything went well thanks to Fabio and Jamie.

Response times to emails and questions were slow. Not Fabio, but Clayton would say things to me like “well I get off work at 5pm and I’m off tomorrow” when there were very important things that still needed to be done to get the loan funded...
