Easy process for a mortgage

Easy and good advice/communication

Zeke made the whole process very smooth. He spent enough time with me explaining anything i had questions about and was able to break it down in a mannor that I understood.

Zeke and his team not only communicated with me proactively, they were always responsive to my communications and on top of the unique needs of my mortgage. Zeke and Christine made a stresfull process much easier and are s great asset to Meridian....

Communication was poor and at times non existent

Thank you for your help!

Portal was great to upload too

Easy to deal with. Quick

Zeke was great at communicating every step of the way. He was also very good at keeping me calm and focused and answering all my questions. He worked very, very hard for this loan to close and I appreciate all his time and effort.
