The more communication the better. A future date was often given to indicate the next step or the completion of a step. When those dates came and went it caused anxiety when no reason was given as to why. Very satisfied with the overall experience....

I think more than anything, Churchill communicated with us very well. Evan and Dave were a great help when we had questions and they were very informative throughout the process.
