Evan helped our buyers get to the closing table. They were GA dream buyers, which is a program that can take some time. We had a hiccup, not lender-related, at the closing table, and Evan was just a phone call away to offer assistance.

Evan helped me where I could not help myself. There were hurdles to jump but he pulled through them for me. Some things seemed easier to manage because he was able to help me!
