Underwriter forgot PUD addendum for loan, which delayed closing and funding.

We appreciate the feedback however the Underwriter is not responsible for a PUD addendum. Any addendum required for a PUD should have been included in the Sales Contracts and as a backup from Title when title work was requested. Closing date...

Evan was very personable and was able to explain items when we had questions regarding our loan. It was a rough experience moving from Missouri to Florida but Evan helped make the move smoother!
