Lack of communication on what was going on with the file… my client didn’t have an great experience and said they would not work with this company again.
Eunice always responded to questions quickly with an informed answer. She provided all options to me and educated me when I didn't understand a part of the process or what my option were.
Very informing and swift to reply and respond.
The file closed 10 days late, the app for updates what never updated (in my opinion the app is worthless if it doesn’t show accurate info)
