I was so happy to make the closing on time.
Answer the calls or return phone calls. Reply to e-mails without having sender resort to buyer realtor channels just to get a reply. Send loan commitment letter in time frame indicated on contract
It took 2 1/2 months to close and he had to be given 3 contracts extensions. No return phone calls, no answer to emails. Lack of communication was frustrating.
