Great guy. Knowledgeable. Sharp.
Lack of communication. Buyer's didn't feel communicated too as well. When information was received it was late and often not accurate. Better and truthful communication would go a long ways.
Getting to the closing table by contract date with no excuses is what makes me refer to a lender. I understand MSHDA makes things tougher and I appreciated his daily communication at the end but three weeks past contract date makes both parties...
