Great communication, flexibility, and in the end a great loan product.
Ease of communication and availability.
Everything was very smooth, she stayed in contact with us through each interaction and kept us posted along the way.
The communication during the process was amazing. I appreciate the weekly Tuesday updates and the ability to securely upload documents onto the Summit website.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, very welcoming. Kept us informed of the timeline and offered us different ways to communicate/ send forms using convenient locations.
