Erika was great at sorting out what we were needing, even when incorrect data kept being used on our closing documents, she would fix it. We so appreciate her! Whoever kept doing the HUD documents, not as much, sleep was lost during the process....

Gotta love that compliance process, red tape is NO FUN! But glad we worked our way through it, now for you guys to be able to get truly settled in and unpacked and make that house YOUR HOME!
Erika and her staff did amazing. Step by step helped me and walked me through everything even when I was confused and needed to backtrack or pause. I'll be referring them out to everyone I know!
