It was a challenging situation for me. Erik was great in making a difficult, somewhat confusing transaction doable. Everyone I dealt with in the team was patient and helpful.
Erik was very responsive during our loan process. It was great working with him and Elena knowing they were in my corner.

Everything was explained and the step by step process went smoothly. it took me a long time to find a house but I never had to worry about the loan process.
