Ericka and her team were amazing throughout the whole process!! She was so knowledgable and helpful! Could not have asked for a better lender to assist in this entire experience.
The York Team has been very helpful every step of the way! Any time I had questions or concerns, I was able to talk to Ericka or Lorrie to get a quick answer/solution. I have no regrets and would happily work with them again!
Fast, easy, and informative communication and information sharing. Only thing that could have been better would be to maybe add a call to go over options to buy down rates etc. with what makes sense when it is appropriate in the closing process....
