I’ve been in the mortgage industry for more than 15 years and love helping people realize homeownership may be more attainable than they think. I am based in Puyallup, WA servicing Pierce County and surrounding communities. I believe in education, transparency, and meeting people where they are. I specialize in first-time homebuyers, Down Payment Assistance, and helping buyers become “purchase ready” with a clear plan and no judgment or pressure. Outside of mortgages, I’m a special needs/hula mom, autism advocate, island girl from Guam, and big believer in supporting my local community.
