Erick was good at explaining the details and patient with us, I was happy to go over our questions several times to make sure we understood and were satisfied with the response
Overall, it went well, though there was no point trying to advise for a shorter escrow / contingency removal in these market conditions. We weren't even close to getting those contingencies resolved before the stated removal.
