Our experience with Eric was great. He was a big help with us deciding which lender we should go with. Though he did use "big words" we didn't understand at first, a quick phone call and using numbers helped out alot.

Erick was an excellent communicator and made sure I understood every step as we got to it.
Everything went smoother and easier than expected. Got answers to questions right away and got all the steps to getting us approved and into the house were fast.
Eric’s level of communication was top notch! Between Eric and Rachael, they were extremely easy to work with and couldn’t have made this entire process any easier. Would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a house to work with Eric and Rachael!!...
