    Was told it would take 30 days, ended up over 60 days. I was passed around to several different people throughout the process. Kept getting told everything was ready for closing, then had to come up with other information at least 3 different...

    Loan approval handed to a person who was incompetent , not adequately supervised and was subsequently fired. It delayed the closing to an uncomfortable time frame.

    This company is all bells and whistles until paper work needs to be done. At that time nothing is done and ready on time. I missed a while day of work because paperwork for closing didn't make ir until the end of the day, on a Friday no less....
