    Horrible experience, very poor communication, did not explain anything, lost paperwork, never returned calls, gave us false information on the actual loan,did not help in finding insurance, could go on but wouldn't recommend him

    Better communication from Liz Porter who handled my documentation gathering. Better details on requirements needed on documents so I would not have had to resend them 5 times. Having them start the documentation gathering process a lot sooner...
